To confirm that your IOTA ILBHI CP 2H HE SD HV emergency driver is functioning correctly, follow these steps. First, in normal operation, when AC power is on, the AC Driver powers the LED Module. The driver enters standby charging mode, and the TBTS light should be illuminated, showing that the battery is charging. Second, in an emergency, if the AC power fails, the ILBHI CP 2H HE SD HV automatically switches to Emergency Mode. The LED Module should then illuminate at a reduced output for at least 120 minutes. After AC power returns, the system will revert to Normal Mode and resume charging the battery. Third, check the TBTS light indicators. The light will be red while the battery is charging and green when fully charged. Fourth, perform a manual test. Press and hold the TBTS button for two seconds. The pilot light will blink, signaling the test mode's start. Within five seconds, the LED Module should operate at a lower light output. The test lasts for 60 seconds. If the LED Module returns to normal operation after the test, the unit is ready for service. Fifth, observe the TBTS status indicators. A steady green light means the battery is fully charged, a steady red light means it's charging, and a flashing green light means the unit is testing. By following these steps and paying attention to the indicators, you can ensure your emergency LED driver is ready for any situation.
