To ensure accurate measurements with your RHE46 Coriolis Mass Flow Transmitter, calibrating the zero point is essential. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process: First, make sure the RHM Coriolis sensor is entirely filled with the fluid you're measuring, ensuring no gas bubbles (for liquids) or liquid remnants (for gases) remain. Next, flush the sensor until it reaches the typical process temperature. The zero calibration itself involves these steps: Confirm the typical process temperature and pressure are present at the sensor and stop any flow by closing the valves before and after the sensor. You can perform the zero point calibration using either the button located on the front of your RHE46 Coriolis Mass Flow Transmitter or via the RHEComPro communications software. The calibration process is indicated by the yellow and red LEDs on the transmitter flashing, and it should take a maximum of 30 seconds. Once the flashing stops, your zero point calibration is complete, and the flowmeter is ready to use.
