Are Philips Sonicare Intercare brush heads compatible with my Sonicare Essence toothbrush?

Unfortunately, Philips Sonicare Intercare replacement brush heads (model HX9002/65, for example) are not compatible with the Sonicare Essence toothbrush. The Essence model is designed to work specifically with Philips Sonicare E-series brush heads. While Intercare brush heads are designed for most click-on Sonicare handles, they are not a fit for the Essence, Power Up, or Sonicare for Kids models.
