Will the results be recorded if I don't sign after the Subject 2 test?

Subject 2 test results will be recorded even if you don't sign. If the student fails to sign, the test center or driving school will usually sign on their behalf. Most test centers now automatically upload the results to the system after the test, so whether you sign or not has little impact. If you forget to sign, you can consult your driving school or instructor and ask the training institution to handle it for you. As long as the admission ticket and valid ID information you carry during the test are correct, the results can be recorded. Article 46 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" stipulates: The score sheet for each subject must be signed by the applicant and the examiner. A motor vehicle driving license shall not be issued without a signature. If you forget to sign after the test, you can make up for it later, but you have to wait until after the Subject 4 test. After completing Subject 4, all test records and results of the candidate will be reviewed. If it is found during the review that the results are qualified but there is a missing signature, the candidate can be notified to make up for it. As a student, you can also take the initiative to apply to the local vehicle management office for a supplementary signature after completing Subject 4.
Right after I passed the Subject 2 test, I didn’t take it seriously and left without signing. A few days later, when I checked my results on the official website, it showed 'invalid.' I immediately called the vehicle management office, and they told me that signing is a mandatory step to confirm that I acknowledge the validity of my test results. If you skip signing, the system won’t officially record your score, effectively voiding it. I was stunned and had to reschedule and retake the test, costing me both time and money. So now I’ve learned my lesson—the first thing I do after the test is sign. Don’t assume the exam is over just because you’ve finished; signing is like confirming a package delivery—without it, how can they record it? Remember, after the Subject 2 test, the examiner usually reminds you to sign. If you missed it, make up for it immediately or contact the test center to resolve the issue.
