Will the engine malfunction light affect vehicle inspection?

It will not affect the vehicle inspection. There are many cases where the engine malfunction light is triggered by abnormal oxygen sensor readings. Reasons for the engine malfunction light to illuminate: Irregular maintenance and poor driving habits can increase the engine's operational load, leading to sensor damage, poor contact, or signal interruption, causing the vehicle's ECU to inaccurately obtain engine data. Vehicle inspection items: Speedometer indication error inspection, vehicle chassis (pit) inspection, headlight inspection, steering wheel side slip inspection, wheel weight inspection, vehicle dynamic performance inspection. Environmental inspection (exhaust emission test), as long as the malfunction is unrelated to the above items, the annual inspection can proceed. If related, the issue must be repaired first before inspection.
