If the penalty involves the suspension of the driver's license and is not processed within 15 working days without valid reason, the license may be revoked. 2. Violations recorded by electronic surveillance: If no driver signs for the violation, the 15-working-day limit does not apply, but the violation must be processed before the vehicle's annual inspection; otherwise, the vehicle will fail the inspection.
