Will the car be impounded for 5 traffic violations?

Vehicles with 5 or more unprocessed traffic violations will be impounded. If a car has 5 or more (inclusive) unprocessed traffic violation records, the system will issue an alert, and electronic surveillance will automatically flag the problematic vehicle, allowing traffic police to accurately intercept it on the road. Below are the penalty methods: 1. On-site penalty by traffic police: For violations where the driver signs the ticket, or for violations recorded by electronic surveillance and processed at the traffic police station with a signed processing slip, if not handled within 15 working days: A late fee of 3% per day may be imposed, with the late fee not exceeding the principal amount; court enforcement may be requested. If the penalty involves the suspension of the driver's license and is not processed within 15 working days without valid reason, the license may be revoked. 2. Violations recorded by electronic surveillance: If no driver signs for the violation, the 15-working-day limit does not apply, but the violation must be processed before the vehicle's annual inspection; otherwise, the vehicle will fail the inspection.
