Will motorcycles be photographed when riding in the opposite direction?

Motorcycles are generally not photographed because they may not trigger the cameras at intersections, but some intersection surveillance cameras randomly capture images. Legal basis: Pedestrians, passengers, and non-motor vehicle drivers who violate road traffic safety laws and regulations regarding road usage shall be given a warning or fined; if a non-motor vehicle driver refuses to accept the fine, their non-motor vehicle may be impounded. Passenger regulations: Motor vehicles must not carry more than the approved number of passengers, and passenger vehicles must not illegally carry cargo. If a freight vehicle exceeds the approved load capacity, it shall be fined; if it exceeds the approved load capacity by 30% or illegally carries passengers, it shall be fined.
