Driving at 90 km/h on the highway will not result in a fine. The Road Traffic Safety Law stipulates that the minimum speed limit on China's highways should not be less than 60 km/h. According to Article 78 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law": The Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law on highways shall indicate the driving speed of the lanes, and the maximum speed shall not exceed 120 kilometers per hour. The gear should match the speed for a C1 license, as follows: 1st gear: Used for normal starting or climbing very steep slopes, with a speed generally around 10 km/h; 2nd gear: Used as a transition gear for acceleration after starting or for low-speed driving, with a speed generally around 20 km/h; 3rd gear: Used for speeds between 20-40 km/h, commonly used for city driving; 4th gear: Used for speeds between 40-60 km/h; 5th gear: Can be used when the speed reaches 60 km/h.
