Nowadays, there are cameras specifically installed to capture traffic violations. Driving a motor vehicle the wrong way will result in a 3-point deduction and a fine. Article 90 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law" stipulates penalties for driving the wrong way: If a motor vehicle driver violates the road traffic safety laws and regulations regarding road traffic rules, they shall be given a warning or fined. If there are other provisions in this law, penalties shall be imposed according to those provisions. Cases resulting in a 3-point deduction: Driving a motor vehicle without following the rules for overtaking or yielding, or driving the wrong way. Cases resulting in a 12-point deduction: If a motor vehicle driver commits any of the following violations, they will receive a 12-point deduction: driving a motor vehicle in reverse, the wrong way, or crossing the central divider on a highway.
