Backing up at a regular intersection will be captured by traffic cameras. According to Article 50, Section 2, Chapter 4 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China": When a motor vehicle is backing up, the driver should observe the situation behind the vehicle and ensure safety. It is prohibited to back up at railway crossings, intersections, one-way roads, bridges, sharp curves, steep slopes, or tunnels. Motor vehicles passing through intersections without traffic signal control or traffic police direction should comply with the following regulations: 1. If there are traffic signs or markings, yield to the party with the right of way. 2. If there are no traffic signs or markings, stop and look before entering the intersection, yielding to vehicles coming from the right. 3. Turning motor vehicles should yield to vehicles going straight. 4. Right-turning motor vehicles from opposite directions should yield to left-turning vehicles.
