Generally, there are two common reasons: either the fuel level in the carburetor is too high, or the choke is left open. Replacing the Carburetor: Most carburetor oil leaks in motorcycles are caused by corrosion of the float needle valve. After removing the carburetor float needle, you might notice a slight bend at the tip of the float needle. If cleaning the carburetor doesn't resolve the issue, replacing it with an original float needle can also fix the oil leak problem. Function of the Carburetor: Function: The carburetor automatically adjusts the mixture concentration and output according to the engine's varying operational demands. To ensure a well-mixed and uniform air-fuel mixture, the carburetor also has the effect of atomizing the fuel, ensuring smooth engine operation.
