The 12123 Traffic Management App does have a used vehicle plate selection function. Documents required for new vehicle registration: ID card, vehicle certificate of conformity, vehicle parameter sheet, second and fourth copies of vehicle invoice, vehicle purchase tax, vehicle insurance policy, car purchase invoice, vehicle qualification certificate, ID card or organization code certificate and copies of the invoice issuer, compulsory traffic insurance policy, tax payment certificate, and temporary residence permit for non-locals. New vehicle registration procedures: Obtain the vehicle certificate of conformity, keep the triplicate car purchase invoice, pay the vehicle purchase tax and obtain the tax payment certificate, prepare various documents, register and inspect the vehicle at the vehicle management office, select the vehicle license plate number, and wait for the license plate after payment.
