Why is the wiper squeaking?
1 Answers
Wiper squeaking is caused by excessive wear of the wiper or incorrect wiper arm angle, which makes the wiper blade jump on the windshield and produce noise. Solutions: 1. Check if there is dirt or oil stains on the windshield. It is recommended to clean the windshield with a cleaning solution or replace the wiper blade for testing; 2. If the wiper blade is normal, adjust the angle of the wiper arm so that the wiper blade is perpendicular to the windshield plane; 3. Place a cloth on the wiper arm, then use pliers to pinch and break it with force, trying to make the wiper blade perpendicular to the windshield plane.
