Relevant regulations: After completing subject 1 and obtaining the study driving certificate, candidates for the C license can schedule the subject 2 test 10 days later, while those for the A or B license must wait 20 days. According to Article 139 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" by the Ministry of Public Security: 1. Article 17: For first-time applicants or those applying to add a permitted driving type, the vehicle management office shall issue a study driving certificate within one day after passing the subject 1 test. 2. Article 40: For first-time applicants or those applying to add a permitted driving type, the following conditions must be met to schedule the subject 2 test: (1) For small cars, small automatic transmission cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, small automatic transmission passenger cars for the disabled, wheeled self-propelled machinery, trolleybuses, and trams, the test can be scheduled 10 days after obtaining the study driving certificate. (2) For large buses, tractors, city buses, medium buses, and large trucks, the test can be scheduled 20 days after obtaining the study driving certificate.
