Why is the Jetta blower not working?

Car blower suddenly not working reasons are: fuse failure, blower relay failure, internal failure of the blower motor, power transistor or blower switch failure, wiring failure, air conditioning control unit failure, etc. The function of the car blower is: To blow the cold air from the air conditioning evaporator or the hot air from the heater core into the car. Blowers are divided into: Roots blower, blast furnace blower, magnetic levitation blower, single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower, multi-stage centrifugal blower, and air suspension centrifugal blower. The blower consists of a motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base, and oil drip nozzle.
Last month, my Jetta's AC suddenly stopped blowing air—the blower fan wouldn't budge, leaving me sweltering while driving. After checking, I found a blown fuse, which is the most common issue, especially in older cars. If the relay clicks but nothing happens, it might be faulty. When the blower motor itself fails, you may hear a humming sound or complete silence. Loose wiring connections can also cause trouble—I've encountered cases where oxidized plugs led to poor contact. I recommend first checking your owner's manual to locate the fuse box and trying a new fuse. Don't forget to test if the switch operates properly. If the airflow adjustment is unstable, the resistor might be the culprit. Be cautious when DIY repairs—always disconnect power first. If unsure, get it repaired early to avoid sweating it out on the road.
