Why is the driving license score 0 points?

If the driving license score is 0, it means there are no violation records, which is a normal status. The demerit points for motor vehicles are accumulated based on each infraction: 1. If the driver's demerit points do not reach 12 within a scoring cycle and all fines have been paid, the points will be cleared. If the points are below 12 but fines remain unpaid, the points will carry over to the next scoring cycle. 2. If the accumulated demerit points reach 12 within a scoring cycle, the driver's license will be confiscated by the vehicle management office, and the driver must attend a seven-day course on road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge at the traffic management department of the public security authority where the license was issued or where the violation occurred within 15 days. 3. If a driver accumulates demerit points exceeding 12 twice or more, or the total points exceed 24 within a scoring cycle, the vehicle management office must also conduct a road driving skills test within 10 days after the driver passes the exam on road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge.
