Why is it not recommended to fill up the car with fuel?

Here are the reasons why it is not recommended to fill up the car with fuel: Fuel leakage leads to waste and safety hazards: Gasoline storage at gas stations is very strict, especially in hot summers. Gasoline is stored underground where the temperature is kept very low. If the car is filled with fuel, it is likely to overflow from the vent hole, which not only causes waste but also poses a fire hazard if the spilled gasoline comes into contact with an open flame. Damage to the carbon canister: The carbon canister is usually installed between the fuel tank and the engine. Since gasoline is a volatile liquid, the fuel tank often contains vapor at room temperature. The fuel evaporation emission control system is designed to introduce the vapor into combustion and prevent it from volatilizing into the atmosphere. The activated carbon canister storage device plays a crucial role in this process. If the fuel tank is filled too much, liquid gasoline instead of gasoline vapor enters the carbon canister, which can damage it. Vent hole blockage: If the engine fails to start after refueling or if the car jerks while driving, don’t suspect the quality of the fuel. It is likely caused by an overfilled fuel tank. Once the vent hole is blocked, negative pressure will form inside the fuel tank, leading to poor fuel supply or even a complete lack of fuel supply.
