Why is it necessary to change brake fluid regularly?

Regular replacement of brake fluid is required for the following reasons: 1. After being used for a certain period, brake fluid will experience a decrease in boiling point, contamination, and varying degrees of oxidation and deterioration. Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air, and the brake hydraulic system must allow the brake fluid to communicate with the atmosphere to function properly. Over time, the brake fluid will absorb moisture, which turns into bubbles under high temperatures. When bubbles appear in the brake fluid lines, braking efficiency decreases. Therefore, brake fluid needs to be checked for quality performance and replaced in a timely manner according to climate, operating environment, seasonal changes, and working conditions. 2. After prolonged use, the rubber cups and pistons in the brake master cylinder will wear out, causing the brake fluid to become contaminated and thus affecting braking performance. Hence, it is essential to strictly follow the manufacturer's requirements and replace the brake fluid within the specified mileage.
