Why does the Buick Excelle not respond when accelerating?
1 Answers
Buick Excelle not responding when accelerating is due to a malfunction in the throttle position sensor or the engine itself. If any of the three systems—intake, fuel, or ignition—in the engine fails, it can result in no response when pressing the accelerator. The Buick Excelle is based on General Motors' global platform, with its prototype being a newly developed global mid-size sedan by GM. The Excelle is equipped with the next-generation Buick eConnect connectivity technology, standard airbags, and a body structure with 65% high-strength steel usage. The Excelle also features electronic safety assistance systems such as HSA (Hill Start Assist) and SLSC (Straight-Line Stability Control), in addition to the standard ESP (Electronic Stability Program).
