Why does a car stall automatically after ignition?

Reasons why a car stalls automatically after ignition: 1. The vehicle's anti-theft system is triggered, locking the engine, allowing it to start but not run. Releasing the key causes the engine to stall while the anti-theft light turns on. This is mostly due to the owner privately duplicating a key without a chip to prevent key loss or because the key was dropped, weakening the signal and making it unrecognizable to the system; 2. The ignition module is damaged or the ignition reference signal line from the ignition module to the engine computer is faulty; 3. Ignition switch failure: The ignition line has power when starting, but releasing the key cuts off the power and stalls the engine. This is usually caused by poor contact of internal contacts in the ignition switch and is often accompanied by the dashboard battery light, oil light, or engine fault light not illuminating.
