Why can't the Lavida key be turned?

Steering wheel is in a locked state. After pulling out the car key, if you turn the steering wheel left or right, the steering wheel's self-locking function will be activated. The steering lock pin and steering column will engage together, making the steering wheel immovable. Even if you insert the key and try to turn it forcefully, it won't budge. Functional principle of car steering wheel lock: 1. The principle is that through the rotation of the key, a steel pin is controlled by a spring. After the key is pulled out, as long as the steering wheel is turned, the pin will pop into a pre-drilled hole, locking the steering wheel to ensure it cannot be turned. 2. Every time the engine is turned off and the key is removed, the steering wheel enters a ready-to-lock state. Any rotation of the steering wheel will immediately trigger the lock. In the locked state, the steering wheel cannot be turned, the key cannot be rotated, and the car cannot be started, thereby achieving anti-theft functionality.
