Why can't the in-car QQ Music play on Haval H6?

The in-car music system of Haval H6 cannot play normally due to the following two reasons: Format issue: Some may display incorrect formats and naturally cannot be read. Therefore, when selecting songs, pay attention to the song format. Generally, MP3 format music can be played. If the USB port or card slot is not recognized, try replacing it with ports in other locations, such as next to the cigarette lighter, inside the armrest box, or inside the co-pilot's toolbox, which may allow normal reading of content. Most vehicles can only recognize music files in MP3 and WMA formats. If the music file format downloaded to the USB drive does not match, the vehicle may fail to read the music files. Convert the music file format to MP3 or WMA format. If the storage path of the music files in the USB drive is too deep, the vehicle may also fail to read the music files. Try to place the music files in the root directory of the USB drive. Some vehicles (especially older models) may not support large-capacity in-car USB drives, so when purchasing, avoid buying USB drives with excessively large capacities. Currently, most models are equipped with USB interfaces for powering vehicle electrical devices or charging mobile phones, which cannot read USB drive information at all.
When driving my Haval H6, the in-car QQ Music occasionally stops playing. Usually, checking whether the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection is normal will suffice. For example, the phone's Bluetooth pairing might have disconnected—try re-pairing it. If using the in-car data card, poor signal can prevent online playback; switch to a mobile hotspot via Wi-Fi or download music offline as a backup. Another common issue is the QQ Music app freezing or needing an update—check the in-car app store for a new version to install. Occasionally, I restart the in-car system by holding the screen's power button for 10 seconds for a hard reset, which can resolve temporary bugs. Additionally, an expired account login may halt music playback, so check if the QQ account is still logged in. Keeping the in-car system regularly updated helps prevent these issues. Also, don’t forget to check if the media volume in the vehicle settings is muted—if so, manually increase it. When driving in urban areas, pay attention to signal coverage zones to minimize interruptions.
Once while driving my Haval H6 on a long trip, QQ Music suddenly stopped playing which was really annoying. Looking back, I checked and found the phone connection cable was loose. Replugging the phone's USB port solved the issue, probably caused by poor contact. It could also be that the car's infotainment screen appeared normal but the background app crashed and exited. Try closing QQ Music and restarting it. Also check your account status - expired login or changes in membership privileges may affect playback. It's recommended to ensure your account is properly logged in before driving. When network signal is weak, switch to Bluetooth mode to avoid signal loss while using mobile data on highways. For regular maintenance, I make it a habit to update app versions to reduce such issues, and rebooting the car's system is also a quick fix.
