Why can't the fuel level float reach the bottom after replacement?

The fuel level float not reaching the bottom indicates an issue with the vehicle's fuel level sensor. Solutions: 1. Perform power reset if not done - disconnect and reconnect power supply. 2. Improper installation causing sensor sticking - reinstall the fuel level sensor. 3. Replace entire fuel pump assembly, reset fuel tank deformation points, and install additional ash filter. Precautions for fuel level float usage: The fuel level float connects to a metal rod with a sliding resistor at its end. The fuel gauge relies on this sliding resistor to display remaining fuel. While driving, if you notice inaccurate fuel gauge readings, immediately visit a 4S shop for inspection. Inaccurate readings prevent drivers from knowing actual remaining fuel levels. If the gauge shows fuel when the tank is nearly empty, continued driving may cause engine stalling.
