Why Can't the Car Start Even with Battery Power?

Here are the reasons why a car has power but cannot start: 1. The gear was not returned to P (Park) position when parking. 2. The car key cannot be turned after insertion, preventing the vehicle from starting, and the steering wheel is locked. This situation occurs when the steering wheel is turned after parking, turning off the engine, and removing the key, causing the steering lock and steering column to engage, thereby locking the steering wheel. At this point, it can no longer be turned, serving as an anti-theft feature. 3. The throttle, controller, wiring, or motor fails to start; a depleted or faulty battery also prevents starting. (1) If the brake lights are functioning normally, it indicates the brake lever is not faulty, so brake power cutoff need not be considered. (2) If connecting the two wires of the throttle can start the car, then the controller is functioning properly.
