The reasons why the BYD Qin cannot charge are as follows: 1. Check whether the connection of the charging line circuit is secure, whether the wiring and plug contacts are intact, carefully observe whether there is any "sparking" or burning phenomenon in the socket and plug, and whether there is any line damage or breakage. 2. Check whether the charger is damaged and whether the charging parameters meet the requirements, that is, the initial charging current reaches 1.6~2.5A/cell; the maximum charging voltage reaches 14.8~14.9V/cell. 3. Check whether the battery is dry, that is, whether the battery is severely short of electrolyte. 4. Check whether there is irreversible sulfation on the battery plates. The irreversible sulfation of the plates can be determined by measuring the change in terminal voltage during charging and discharging. During charging, the battery voltage rises very quickly, and the battery does not hold or holds very little charge. If the above conditions occur, it can be judged that the battery has irreversible sulfation.
