Why Can't a Shacman Delong Start After Parking?

Shacman Delong fails to start after parking for the following reasons: Damaged carbon canister solenoid valve: During a hot start, fuel atomization is normal and no additional fuel vapor is needed. If the carbon canister continues to supply fuel vapor to the intake tract, it will cause an overly rich mixture, making it difficult to start; Fuel quality: After the engine is shut off when hot, the temperature in the engine compartment remains quite high. If the fuel is highly volatile, it can easily form high vapor pressure in the fuel rail. When this pressure exceeds the fuel supply system's pressure, it creates vapor lock, causing the fuel injector to spray overly lean fuel vapor, making it difficult to start.
I've been driving trucks for over 20 years, and most cases of Shacman Delong failing to start after parking are due to battery issues. Especially for older vehicles, the terminal posts are prone to oxidation and loosening, leading to poor contact once parked. Next is the fuel system - clogged diesel filters or air in the fuel lines can prevent starting. Once I encountered insufficient engine cylinder pressure where the truck could start when hot after parking but wouldn't after cooling due to compromised air tightness. Faulty air pressure sensors in the air system can also trigger protection mechanisms to prevent starting. For quick troubleshooting, you can tap the starter with a wrench - if it makes a clicking sound, it's usually a sign of low battery power. If all else fails, you'll need to use a diagnostic tool to check the electronic control system rather than risk damaging the wiring by tinkering blindly.
