Individuals with any of the following conditions are not allowed to apply for a motor vehicle driver's license: People with serious diseases or neurological disorders: Individuals with organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, vertigo, hysteria, Parkinson's disease, mental illness, dementia, or neurological disorders that affect limb movement and other conditions that may hinder safe driving; Individuals who use or inject drugs: Those who have used or injected drugs within the past 3 years, or have been released from compulsory drug rehabilitation measures for less than 3 years, or are addicted to long-term use of dependent psychotropic drugs and have not yet quit; Individuals whose driver's licenses have been revoked due to hit-and-run: Owners who flee after causing a traffic accident will have their motor vehicle driver's licenses revoked by the traffic management department of the public security authority and will not be eligible to obtain a driver's license for life; People with red-green color blindness: Those who cannot distinguish between the red and green colors of natural traffic signals.
