Motor vehicles that cannot meet the speed requirements and non-motor vehicles are not allowed on highways. Motor vehicles not allowed on highways: Tractors, wheeled special-purpose motor vehicles, articulated buses, full-trailer towing vehicles, and other motor vehicles with a maximum design speed of less than 70 kilometers per hour are not allowed to enter highways. Even if a motor vehicle not listed above has a maximum design speed exceeding 70 kilometers per hour, but its actual driving speed does not reach 60 kilometers per hour, it is also not allowed to drive on the highway. Non-motor vehicles are not allowed on highways: According to Article 67 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China": Pedestrians and non-motor vehicles are not allowed to enter highways.
