Several types of people who cannot obtain a driver's license: 1. Individuals with red-green color blindness. Those with red-green color blindness cannot distinguish between red and green, and naturally cannot recognize traffic signals, hence they are ineligible for a driver's license; 2. According to laws and regulations, individuals who have used or injected drugs within the past 3 years, or have not completed 3 years since the termination of compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation, or are addicted to long-term use of dependent psychotropic drugs and have not yet quit, are not allowed to apply for a driver's license; 3. People with serious illnesses, such as heart disease, epilepsy, vertigo, or brain diseases affecting limb movement, are not eligible to apply for a driver's license; 4. Those who have had their driver's license revoked due to drunk driving cannot take the driver's license test for 5 years. If the drunk driving involved commercial vehicles, they are barred from retaking the test for 10 years; 5.
