Which switch controls the rear windshield heating in a BMW 3 Series?

The BMW 3 Series rear windshield heating does not require manual operation. When the temperature difference between the interior and exterior reaches 6 degrees, the rear windshield and mirrors will automatically activate heating. Precautions for rear windshield heating: The purpose of rear windshield heating is to dissipate fog on the glass surface. However, if significant water droplets have condensed, heating alone cannot remove them. When possible, it is recommended to wipe the surface with tissues or a towel. Automatic heating operation mechanism: During spring and summer when temperatures typically range between 15-30°C, the rear windshield heating operates at maximum 25% capacity when wipers are in use, and remains inactive without wiper usage. In winter when temperatures range around 5-15°C, the system automatically heats at 50% capacity, increasing to 75% when wipers are activated during rainfall.
