Starting from April 30, 2020, motorcycles are prohibited from traveling on roads within the following areas: North Second Ring Road, Yuelu Avenue, Lugu Avenue, Fenglin Road, Lujing Road, Meixihu North Road, West Second Ring Road, South Second Ring Road, Xiangjiang Road, Ring Expressway, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, Zhangxiang Road, Xinhua Hou Road, Changsha Avenue, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, Auto Parts City Road, Jinxiu Road, Fuyuan Road, and Furong North Road, including boundary roads. Traffic police remind that those who violate the provisions of this notice will be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Those who obstruct state organ staff from performing their duties according to law will be dealt with in accordance with the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China"; those suspected of crimes will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law. The motorcycles referred to in this notice include two-wheeled ordinary motorcycles, sidecar motorcycles, three-wheeled motorcycles, two-wheeled light motorcycles, and three-wheeled light motorcycles, except for police motorcycles. After the implementation of the new "Notice", the "Notice on Prohibiting Motorcycles from Passing on Some Roads in the Urban Area" (Chang Gong Jiao Fa [2017] No. 212) issued on November 8, 2017, is simultaneously repealed.
