Jing B license plates are restricted within the 4th ring road in Beijing, but are allowed on the auxiliary roads of the 4th ring. 3. Non-local license plates are restricted within the 6th ring road in Beijing, but are allowed on the main road of the 6th ring. 4. All motorcycles in Beijing are prohibited on the main roads of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th ring roads, as well as on elevated roads like Fushi Road, Xizhimen Outer Street, North Street, and Olympic West Road, among others.
