Which Refrigerant is Used in Car Air Conditioning?

Car air conditioning systems use R134a refrigerant, which is a relatively environmentally friendly refrigerant. The refrigerant in car air conditioning is used for cooling, and the cooling principle involves the transformation of the refrigerant between different states to achieve cooling. When the car air conditioning is in cooling mode, the engine drives the compressor to operate. The compressor continuously compresses the refrigerant and delivers it to the evaporator. Once the refrigerant reaches the evaporator, its volume expands, allowing it to absorb heat and thereby cool the evaporator. The cooled evaporator then cools the air blown by the blower, enabling the air conditioning vents to release cold air. The front of the car is equipped with a condenser, which dissipates heat from the refrigerant.
