Which manufacturer produces WM Motor vehicles?

WM Motor vehicles are manufactured at their self-built factory located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. WM Motor is a newly established provider of new energy vehicle products and mobility solutions. Taking the WM EX6 as an example, its body dimensions are 4802mm in length, 1839mm in width, and 1710mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2715mm, making it a mid-sized pure electric SUV. The WM EX6 is a single-motor model, with a maximum motor power of 160kW and a maximum torque of 315Nm. The WM EX6 uses a ternary lithium battery, which is commonly used in most pure electric vehicles. The cathode of a ternary lithium battery is made from ternary materials; some use nickel, cobalt, and manganese, while others use nickel, cobalt, and aluminum.
WM Motor is a new energy vehicle brand that I've been following for a long time. Strictly speaking, it's not a sub-brand of a traditional automaker, but rather an independent team personally established by its founder, Freeman Shen. I remember the factories were built in Wenzhou and Huanggang, both being smart factories fully compliant with Industry 4.0 standards, which are particularly advanced, with 100% automation in the welding workshop. At its peak a few years ago, they could sell 3,000 to 4,000 EX5 units per month. Unfortunately, they later encountered difficulties due to funding chain issues and are now basically in a state of suspension, which is quite a pity.
