According to the "Implementation Plan for Exempting Small Passenger Vehicles from Toll Fees on Major Holidays", the toll-free periods on highways are applicable during four national statutory holidays: Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, and National Day, as well as the consecutive holidays determined by the State Council for these statutory holidays. The toll-free period starts at 00:00 on the first day of the holiday and ends at 24:00 on the last day of the holiday. In 2019, the toll-free periods for seven-seat and smaller passenger vehicles on highways are as follows: 1. Spring Festival: According to the lunar calendar, from 00:00 on February 4 (New Year's Eve) to 24:00 on February 10 (the sixth day of the lunar new year), totaling 7 days. 2. Tomb-Sweeping Day: From 00:00 on April 5 to 24:00 on April 7, totaling 3 days. 3. Labor Day: From 00:00 on May 1 to 24:00 on May 3, totaling 3 days. 4. National Day: From 00:00 on October 1 to 24:00 on October 7, totaling 7 days.
