Hongqi is a premium automotive brand directly operated by China's FAW Group. In 1958, the first Hongqi sedan was born, becoming the official state vehicle for national leaders and major state events. Hongqi offers models including the Hongqi H5, Hongqi H7, Hongqi H9, Hongqi E-HS3, Hongqi E-HS9, Hongqi HS5, and Hongqi HS7. Key milestones in Hongqi's development are as follows: In 1958, the first Hongqi sedan was born. On January 8, 2018, FAW Group announced the new Hongqi brand strategy, adopting "Chinese New Noble Refinement" as its brand philosophy. On July 31, 2018, the 60th anniversary celebration of the Hongqi brand officially commenced. On October 23, 2018, Hongqi became the diamond partner of the 5th World Internet Conference. On July 12, 2019, the Changchun International Automobile Culture Festival and the first Hongqi Carnival were held in Changchun, during which the Hongqi HS7 was launched. In December 2019, Hongqi was selected as one of the Top 100 Brands in the 2019 China Brand Power Ceremony.

Oh, as a car enthusiast, I'm so familiar with the Hongqi brand - it's absolutely a proud Chinese brand of our own! Born in Changchun in 1958, the first Hongqi sedan launched by FAW immediately became the exclusive vehicle for national leaders. I remember seeing Chairman Mao inspecting troops in it in documentaries - that majestic feeling was truly thrilling. After going through ups and downs, Hongqi has now evolved into a representative of high-end models like the L5 and H9, blending modern technology while retaining traditional Chinese elements. The brand is deeply rooted in China, entirely created by FAW Group without any foreign background. I think it not only witnesses the self-strengthening history of China's auto industry but has also become a national symbol in people's hearts!

From a cultural perspective, the Hongqi brand carries profound Chinese heritage. As someone who has long followed the development of domestic vehicles, I see Hongqi not just as a means of transportation, but also as a part of China's cultural export. Think back to the 2008 Beijing Olympics, when the Hongqi motorcade transported distinguished guests from around the world—that display of national grandeur made the world take notice of China's manufacturing prowess. The brand's designs incorporate dragon motifs and red sun patterns throughout, conveying the charm of Eastern aesthetics. As for its country of origin, Hongqi is undoubtedly rooted in Chinese soil, having been a masterpiece of FAW since its inception, and now standing as a banner of independent innovation. In my view, this brand represents the inheritance of national spirit, with each new model release making people feel the rise of Chinese ingenuity.

As a young car owner, Hongqi has completely changed my perception of domestic vehicles. It is purely a Chinese brand, entirely designed and manufactured by FAW, with technology that doesn't rely on foreign sources at all. I recently test-drove the Hongqi E-HS9 electric SUV, and its high-tech features and luxurious interior are on par with Tesla but with a more Chinese design flair. The brand's history dates back to 1958, originally created for state occasions, but now it's becoming more mainstream. In my opinion, such high-end domestic cars demonstrate the breakthrough power of Chinese manufacturing.
