When chatting about cars with friends, I always mention Qoros. It's a Chinese brand, you know. Back in 2007, Chery Automobile and an Israeli company jointly established Qoros, headquartered in Shanghai. It gained quite a reputation overseas in its early days with its European-style design. After being acquired by Baoneng Group in 2017, it focused more on the domestic market. Models like the Qoros 5 SUV are quite common now—safe and fuel-efficient. It also exports to the Middle East, South America, and other regions, representing the progress of Chinese manufacturing. Now, with Baoneng pushing into electric vehicles, Qoros is gradually becoming part of our daily commute. Every time I see one on the road, I feel proud that it's a homegrown force.
