Which city has manual proctoring for Subject 3 driving test?

Zhenjiang implements manual proctoring for Subject 3. Currently, Subject 3 tests are generally conducted electronically, with scoring completed through sensor-equipped devices. However, a safety officer still sits in the passenger seat to arrange the test sequence and operate the brake when necessary. Some remote areas still maintain manual testing, which carries higher risks of cheating due to human factors. While electronic testing has its limitations, it offers greater fairness. Electronic road testing refers to replacing human proctors with computer monitoring for scoring and penalty deduction in Subject 3. Previously during manual testing, if examinees failed to observe intersections properly, proctors would clearly notice and deduct points immediately. Now, computers being machines cannot detect certain details like mirror-checking behaviors. For instance, not checking mirrors during overtaking would always incur penalties before. Instructors used to repeatedly remind students to exaggerate head movements at intersections to demonstrate observation to proctors. These actions are no longer required in electronic testing.
