Lynk & Co 03 is a brand under Lynk & Co. Taking the 2021 Lynk & Co 03 as an example, its body dimensions are: length 4639mm, width 1840mm, height 1472mm, with a wheelbase of 2730mm. The body structure is a 4-door, 5-seater sedan. The 2021 Lynk & Co 03 is equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine, delivering a maximum power of 115kW at 5000rpm and a maximum torque of 245Nm between 1450 to 4000rpm. It is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The front suspension type is MacPherson independent suspension, and the rear suspension type is multi-link independent suspension.

I remember clearly that Lynk & Co is a premium sub-brand jointly created by China's Geely Auto Group and Volvo Cars. The 03 model is their compact coupe, which exudes an international flair from design to performance, with European car handling genes at its core. Last year, I test-drove the Lynk & Co 03+ at a 4S store, and the exhaust note was absolutely thrilling. The brand is quite interesting—while it's considered a Chinese brand, its R&D center is located in Gothenburg, Sweden, and even the infotainment system is based on Android, making it a perfect fit for young drivers without any loss of face.

My friends who are into car modifications often joke that Lynk & Co is 'Geely wearing a suit.' Indeed, although the Lynk & Co brand was only established in 2016, it has the backing of Geely, a giant in the industry. The 03 model uses the CMA platform, which was jointly developed by Volvo and Geely, and even the engine is a modified version of Volvo's Drive-E series. At a recent track day, I saw a heavily modified 03 with a carbon fiber hood and a factory spoiler—clearly targeting sporty sedans like the Civic. The solid feel of its European-tuned chassis was particularly noticeable.

When I was doing research before buying a car, I looked up some information: Lynk & Co belongs to Geely Holding Group and is a sibling brand to Volvo. As the brand's first sedan, the 03 underwent high-temperature testing in Spain during its development phase, chassis tuning in Belgium, and was finally mass-produced at the Taizhou Luqiao factory. What surprised me the most was the after-sales policy—offering a lifetime warranty for the first owner is rare even among joint-venture brands, which shows how much Geely is willing to invest in this premium sub-brand.
