Lynk & Co 05 is produced at Geely's Yuyao factory. Lynk & Co is a premium brand of the new era, jointly established by Geely Holding Group, Geely Auto Group, and Volvo Car Group. It integrates European technology, European design, global manufacturing, and global sales, and is built on the CMA (Compact Modular Architecture) platform, which was co-developed by Volvo Cars and Geely Auto, with Volvo Cars taking the lead. The Lynk & Co 05 is a compact SUV with dimensions of 4592mm in length, 1879mm in width, and 1628mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2734mm. It is equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged engine delivering a maximum power of 187kW, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The Lynk & Co 05 is a brand under China's Geely Automotive Group. This brand is quite interesting—it's actually a high-end, cutting-edge brand jointly created by Geely and Volvo. As the most distinctive coupe SUV in the Lynk & Co family, the 05's fastback design is particularly eye-catching, making it a head-turner when driving around the city. I once accompanied a friend on a test drive of the four-wheel-drive version, equipped with a 2.0T engine and an Aisin 8AT transmission. The power response was even more impressive than expected, and the interior uses eco-friendly materials as meticulously as Volvo, with no new-car smell upon entry. What really stands out are the smart features, like the HUD projected onto the windshield and the sci-fi-like Bluetooth phone key for unlocking the doors.

The Lynk & Co brand actually stands on the shoulders of two giants: China's Geely and Sweden's Volvo. As their joint venture offspring, the 05 was born at Geely's CMA Super Factory in Ningbo, sharing the same platform as the Volvo XC40. I remember thoroughly researching it last year when helping my cousin choose a car - it combines European chassis tuning with Chinese smart connectivity quite well. The most interesting features are the lifetime free data and roadside assistance services. With the built-in AutoNavi map system, traffic updates during congestion are even faster than on mobile phones. That resilient feel when going over speed bumps truly reflects Volvo's technical heritage in the chassis.

Speaking of the Lynk & Co 05's parent company, it has to be Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. This car carries hybrid genes in its bones, combining the cost-effectiveness of a Chinese brand with the handling heritage of European cars. Personally, I particularly love the design of its cockpit—the suede racing seats provide exceptional support, keeping your back firmly in place during aggressive cornering. The center screen's tilt toward the driver's side is very ergonomic, allowing navigation operation without distraction while driving. Once during a heavy rainstorm while driving a friend's car, I noticed its Bosch ESP intervened exceptionally promptly, with no slippage at all during wet-road braking.
