Which Audi models are being recalled?

Recalled Audi models include imported A4 Avant, A5 vehicles and domestically produced A4L, A6L, and Q5L vehicles. Below are the details regarding the Audi recall: 1. Due to process defects in the vehicle's starter generator inverter, which may cause spontaneous combustion, FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. is recalling nearly 400,000 imported and domestically produced Audi vehicles, offering free replacement of the starter generator. 2. The cause of vehicle spontaneous combustion is the risk of internal short circuits in the starter motor conductive bracket due to manufacturing and assembly process issues. Audi has provided a list of imported Audi brand vehicles equipped with the same starter motor, including A4 2.0T, A5 2.0T, A6 2.0T, and A7 2.0T models, some of which have already entered the domestic market. Audi will eliminate the risk by replacing the starter motor with a new, safer version.
