The button for the Boyue X dashcam is located on the original rearview mirror, and you can directly open it to view the recordings. Installation method of the dashcam: Attach the dashcam to the rearview mirror, align it with the corresponding interface, and plug in the connecting data cable. Tuck the cable towards the roof lining, route the power cable and GPS cable down the A-pillar, place the GPS in a corner of the dashboard, and install the GPS signal receiver. After turning on the ignition, there's a dashcam icon in the quick menu at the bottom of the central display. Tapping it lets you replay live or saved videos, with options to fast-forward or slow down for details. Operating it while parked is safest to avoid distracted driving.
