Where to Scan the Vehicle QR Code?

Vehicle QR codes can be scanned in the Traffic Management 12123 APP. Open the app, click on the 'Vehicle' option in the upper left corner of the homepage, select 'Register Non-Personal Vehicle', then click 'Scan QR Code for Registration' to scan the vehicle owner's QR code for identification. If scanning is not possible, you can go back to the previous step and choose 'SMS Verification for Registration'. The vehicle license only has a barcode, located at the bottom right of the auxiliary page. The QR code on the vehicle license requires specialized equipment and scanning devices used by traffic police departments for querying. As a brand-new automatic identification and information carrier technology, QR codes have been widely applied in fields such as national defense, customs, taxation, public security, transportation, and more, for automatic information carrying, transmission, and anti-counterfeiting.
The vehicle QR code is usually affixed to the upper right corner of the front windshield or the windshield sticker area, where the annual inspection label is placed. I use mobile apps like Traffic Management 12123 to scan it and check vehicle information such as the VIN number and annual inspection validity period, which is particularly convenient when passing toll stations or being stopped by traffic police. The actual operation is very simple: after parking safely, open the app's scanning function and align it with the QR code to automatically read the data. If the scan fails, it might be due to a dirty sticker or misalignment; last time I encountered this, I wiped it clean with a damp cloth and tried again, eventually succeeding. You can also use your phone's camera to align with the app's scanning frame, ensuring stable lighting. Scanning the QR code simplifies the annual inspection process, avoiding manual data entry errors. It's best to check the sticker monthly to ensure it's intact and avoid travel inconveniences. Remember to only scan with official apps and avoid random unknown advertisement codes to prevent information leaks.
