Where to Print ETC Invoice?

If you want to obtain an ETC invoice, you need to visit the bank branch where the automatic deduction for your vehicle's ETC usage is processed to print the invoice. If you prefer not to waste time going to the bank branch, you can opt for an instant invoice. To receive the invoice immediately, you must choose the manual toll lane when exiting the highway. While this method allows for prompt receipt of the invoice, it is significantly slower compared to using the automatic toll collection lanes. The ETC installation process is as follows: Upon receiving the device, first check if the ETC card and On-Board Unit (OBU) are damaged. Press the anti-tamper button on the back of the OBU; a red light will briefly illuminate, and the OLED screen will display 'Invalid, please insert card,' indicating the device is functioning properly. Clean the front windshield to ensure the surface is smooth, clean, and dry. Then, peel off the adhesive backing of the OBU and attach it to the designated installation spot. Press firmly for 2-3 minutes to remove any air bubbles. Insert the ETC card with the front facing the driver and the back facing the windshield, ensuring the chip is properly inserted into the OBU device. Benefits of ETC installation: Time-saving: Eliminates the hassle of waiting in queues; Green and eco-friendly: Promotes low-carbon travel by allowing vehicles to pass through toll stations without stopping, reducing noise and exhaust emissions, and minimizing pollution; Cost-effective: Reduces expenses by minimizing frequent starts and stops, thereby lowering wear and tear and fuel consumption. Users also enjoy a 5% discount on toll fees; Enhanced efficiency: Theoretically, ETC lanes can improve vehicle throughput by 2-3 times, making traditional ETC systems more advanced, faster, and higher-tech. Compared to license plate payment systems, ETC technology is more mature and advantageous.
Last time I came back from the highway and needed an ETC invoice for reimbursement, I simply used their app to solve it. I downloaded the official ETC service app on my phone, logged in, entered my license plate number, and could see all the travel records. I selected the trip and downloaded the PDF invoice file, saved it locally, and then printed it out with my printer. The whole process took less than 5 minutes, super convenient. If you don’t have a printer or the network is poor, the app also supports sending the invoice directly to your email for download and printing. Occasionally, the system might lag during maintenance, but waiting a bit and trying again usually works. I think the online method is much more efficient than going to a service center, saving both queuing time and transportation costs. However, if you’re not comfortable with the app, I heard you can go to an ETC partner bank branch and ask the staff to help print it—just bring your ID card and ETC card. It’s recommended to print the invoice promptly after each trip to avoid records becoming unclear or hard to find over time.
