Driver's license medical examination certificates can be obtained at county-level or higher medical institutions, or military medical institutions at the regimental level or above. County-level or higher medical institutions include: 1. Municipal-level hospitals and disease control centers recognized by the Health Bureau; 2. District or county central hospitals in the city. The requirements for obtaining the certificate are: 1. Bring your ID card, driver's license, and three one-inch color photos to the local Driver's License Administration Office to complete both the medical examination and license renewal procedures; 2. Visit the Municipal Vehicle Management Office or the local traffic police brigade, and you will need to provide a physical condition certificate issued by a county-level or higher hospital in the city. According to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Public Security Order No. 71: Drivers who are required to undergo an annual medical examination but fail to do so within one year of the deadline will have their driver's license revoked.
