Where to Handle Expressway Traffic Violations?
1 Answers
Expressway violation handling is divided into within-province and out-of-province scenarios, with specific details as follows: For within-province expressway violations, you can check on the official website of your province's expressway traffic management or visit the service window of the expressway traffic police detachment. For out-of-province expressway violations, inquiries can be made at the exit toll stations of local expressways or at traffic police duty points, and violations should be promptly handled on-site as required. Legal basis: Article 108 of the Road Traffic Safety Law: The party concerned shall pay the fine at the designated bank within 15 days from the date of receiving the administrative penalty decision for the fine. For fines imposed on pedestrians, passengers, and non-motor vehicle drivers, if the party concerned has no objection, the fine may be collected on the spot. The fine shall be accompanied by a receipt uniformly issued by the finance department of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the central government; if such a receipt is not provided, the party concerned has the right to refuse to pay the fine.
