Generally, you should go to the gas cylinder inspection station at the local Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute (SEIRI) for gas cylinder inspection. For the inspection, you need to bring the following documents to the SEIRI: the gas cylinder usage registration certificate from the fuel-to-gas conversion, the gas cylinder factory qualification certificate, the gas cylinder installation supervision and inspection certificate, the vehicle's driving license, and the owner's ID card. The regular inspection items for gas cylinders include: Appearance inspection: The purpose of the gas cylinder appearance inspection is to determine whether the cylinder has corrosion, cracks, dents, bulges, impact damage, scratches, tilting, barrel deformation, loose neck rings, bottom wear, and other defects to decide whether the cylinder can continue to be used. Sound inspection: After the appearance inspection, a sound inspection should be conducted to assess the internal corrosion condition and detect any potential defects by listening to the sound.
