For the fourth year of a motor vehicle, it falls under regular annual inspection. For passenger vehicles with 7 seats or fewer, you only need to bring the vehicle registration certificate, the owner's ID card, and a valid compulsory traffic insurance policy. The vehicle owner can apply for the inspection compliance mark at the vehicle management office of the registration location within three months before the expiration of the motor vehicle inspection validity period.
