In Chengdu's Shuangliu District, vehicle annual inspections can be processed at the Vehicle Management Office of the Shuangliu Traffic Police Brigade. Conditions for the annual inspection: Vehicles whose condition does not match the records on the driving license or archives, or whose license plates or driving licenses are damaged, incomplete, illegible, or self-made. Notes for the annual inspection: No modifications are allowed on the vehicle's exterior. The tint of sunshade or explosion-proof film on windows cannot be too dark (items inside the vehicle should be visible from one meter away; mainly applies to vans and trucks, but not to small cars with fewer than 5 seats).
