Physical examinations must be conducted at locations designated by the Vehicle Management Office or at county or city-level hospitals specified by the office. Only after passing the physical examination can you schedule the test. Vision: For those with monocular vision impairment, the naked or corrected vision of the right eye must be 5.0 or above on the logarithmic visual acuity chart, with a horizontal field of vision reaching 150 degrees. Height: Height must be at least 150 centimeters. Color Vision: No red-green color blindness. Hearing: Ability to distinguish the direction of sound sources with both ears at a distance of 50 centimeters from a tuning fork. Limbs: Both thumbs must be intact, and each hand must have at least three other fingers intact with normal movement function of limbs and fingers; both lower limbs must be intact with normal movement function, and the length difference between the lower limbs should not exceed 5 centimeters. For applying for an automatic transmission vehicle, the right limb must be intact; there should be no movement dysfunction in the limbs.
